Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. But, premade items usually dispatch within 1-2 business days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.

Late Delivery, Lost or Damaged Shipments

Luckily, in the past decade, we haven’t had any cases where the latter has ever happened. (In the case of late delivery, it was an issue on the end of the postal workers simply marking an item delivered when it was still in the back of their vehicle or delivered to an apartment clubhouse.) We do our absolute best to package each item with the utmost care and attention to safety as well as getting it to the post office as soon as we can. Once we hand the parcel over to the USPS, it’s out of our control. But, we do our best up until then, and provide tracking numbers for your order. You can request and purchase a signature delivery, if you wish. Many overseas shipments come with this automatically, but it’s always good to check.

We don’t accept cancellations

Especially if it is a custom order. In the case of a custom order that has already reached the stage of being purchased, part of the payment will usually have already been put towards the purchase of the materials for said custom order.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges

We don’t want to resell partially used items or have the possibility of being damaged or blemished upon return. This is also due to our razor thin margins, loss of revenue through shipping and fees, as well as the nature of the items. We want to only provide the best.
